Our shoes normally fall out. So you can keep your normal shoe size.

NB; most sports shoes are smaller than normal. That is not the case with us.

What is the difference between the Mesh trainer and the Canvas trainer?

The Mesh Trainer's material is slightly more flexible, giving you a freer feeling while training. The Canvas Trainer is made of a slightly firmer material, giving your feet more body.

Are the shoes also suitable for running?

Our shoes are suitable for low intensity cardio. We recommend using running shoes for endurance training in the form of an endurance run longer than 2 kilometres.

Are the shoes suitable for women?
