SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the Netherlands. We ship worldwide & all orders over €75,- are shipped for free all over Europe. Outside of Europe, we charge an extra 6,99 shipment cost at the checkout.
All orders are shipped with PostNL or DHL, depending on the location.
· EU: 1-7 working days*
· UK: 2-3 working days*
· US: 4-8 working days*
· AUS: 5-10 working days*
· Rest of world: 3-15 working days*
* We do our very best to get your orders to you on time. However, there are possibilities of delay.
At this moment, free returns for orders on our webshop are not available. So shipping costs for returns are for the customer.
Products must be returned and registered within 14 days of receipt. Products can be sent back with a return label. This label can be found in the email send to you by our transporter when the order was placed. In the email, there is a link which will lead to the return label. Our return label is available for the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia and Slovakia. If your residence is in another country, we kindly ask to choose a shipping method yourself. We will process the return within 14 days.
· Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
· We recommend trying shoes on inside to maintain the original condition. Shoeboxes are an important part of our product, and must be returned undamaged.
