For returning items, we ask for a contribution of €9.95 towards the return shipping costs.
This contribution is intended to cover (part of) the transport costs and to reduce unnecessary returns in the interest of sustainability.
Return conditions
To process your return, please take note of the following conditions:
- The product must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The product must be sent back in the original packaging
Only attach the return label to the outer box (outer packaging)
Important: Do not stick the label on the shoebox or other inner packaging
